Morgane Karbal is a lawyer specialised in business law, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity. She was called to the Paris Bar in 2017.
She holds a Master I degree in general private law from Bordeaux IV University and a Master II degree in Tax and Business Law (DJCE) from Bordeaux IV University.
